We are a community of women committed to breaking through what limits us and finding greater freedom and fulfillment in our lives. We believe we find empowerment for change and going for our dreams when we are connected in community with other woman who are striving for freedom and fulfillment too.
Groups are confidential and meet for an hour. We start with everyone getting the opportunity to share and then we dive into a topic related to overcoming anxiety, depression and self-doubt. We pull from a variety of skill sets and resources, including: RO-DBT, A.C.T., Brene’ Brown, Glennon Doyle, Stephen C. Hayes, DBT, and more.
